Regional Sales Manager

To increase market share and achieve zonal key performance metrics (revenue, reloads, distribution, and sales).

Responsibilities/Duties

  • The region’s revenue growth is the responsibility of the regional sales manager. In order to do this, the Manager is in charge of putting into action a sales strategy that will cause airtime in the region to be converted into reloads.
  • accountable for the Region’s allocation of Vodafone airtime. He or she is in charge of making sure that associate distributors, DSAs, and distributors adhere to Vodafone’s distribution KPIs.
  • accountable for acquisition revenues from the Region and acquisitions (Mobile, VF Cash, SOHO, and Fixed). Working with independent contractors and retailers, the Manager must see to it that the region’s subscriber growth goals are achieved.
  • responsible for figuring out and creating the different acquisition channels. The Regional Sales Manager is in charge of ensuring that all VF Cash distribution KPIs are met (float & liquidity management and active agents).
  • Provide product knowledge training to agents before launch and again as needed after that

Qualification & Experience

  • Outstanding facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Must be able to prioritise, plan, and successfully carry out job duties autonomously.
  • trustworthy, competent, and dependable while handling private information.
  • Must be able to adapt quickly to the designated locations, have a valid driver’s licence, and be prepared to work anywhere in the country.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, commerce, Finance, marketing or other related subjects.
  • 3 or more years of experience in sales and Distribution jobs or other related fields.
