About the Job

Hybrid role to develop/manage the Organisation’s brand and communications with joint responsibility for support of multiple programmatic, engagement, and funding goals Salary Expectations: Competitive with Incentive Perquisites and other Benefits



Responsibilities

  1. Report to and support the Programmes Director, closely work with Memberships and Impact Manager to advance organisational goals and expected to support junior team members.
  2. Design and implement the organisational communications plan, ensuring the message is clear consistent, comprehensive, compliant, relevant, and timely to internal and external audiences.
  3. Responsible for branding and marking – using cost-effective strategies that while compliant with directives, build brand awareness, and membership loyalty and satisfaction.
  4. Design and manage the content and production of all marketing assets (audio-visual, etc.) across all online and offline platforms for the organisation (website, social and print media, e-mail).
  5. Initiate external communications, including media reports, press releases, and marketing materials etc. to act as an information highway between organisation and the public; 1. Serve as the internal editor/graphic design professional to improve public communications.
  6. Be point person for relationship management and compliance with partners, regulators, and stakeholders (NTC, GES, Consultants, Trainers, Government/Industry/Community Leaders, etc.); h. Manage end-to-end execution across multiple in-person as well as virtual programmes, propose new programmes based on research as well as needs assessment of members/trainees.
  7. Ensure consultation and programme fees paid are accurately processed and tracked; and
  8. Ensure that all participants understand programme details/protocols from a curated set of materials, logistics, surveys, follow-ups, site-visits, etc. and receive excellent experience/service


Qualification

  • Five years’ experience with three years in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business Management, another appropriate field.
  • Ability to manage IT/Website, Branding campaigns, and draft/deliver presentation/speeches.
  • Strong demonstrable copywriting, project management, and public relations skills
