
GRAPHIC COMMUNICATIONS GROUP LTD
Using a variety of managerial, organisational, and administrative abilities, the job primarily offers effective, professional, and discreet executive assistance to the MD.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
- Review, prioritise, and respond to emails.
- Organise documents; maintain records; take notes at meetings and any other administrative tasks.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to the logistics of meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements. Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports for
- managerial projects.
- Maintain paper and electronic filing systems. Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the MD.
- Work with the Executive Team to coordinate the MD’s
- outreach activities.
- Must be ready to travel inside and outside Accra upon company request.
- Perform any other tasks as directed to support the daily work of the MD.

Qualification & Experience
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum of (3) years of experience in business administration (preferably supporting a senior executive role)
- Experience with industry name is a plus
Must be:
- Self-motivated and action-oriented team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Professional, service-oriented, and reliable.
- Flexible, Dedicated, and a person of integrity.
- Proficient in knowledge and use of Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Job specific
- A strong interest in the name of the industry, with good attention to detail.
- The capacity to combine a high degree of remote working with onsite work.
- Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
