This position reports directly to the director or general manager. This position is crucial and indispensable to the company’s success.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Recruiting and Staffing in liaison with the General Manager.
- Performance management and improvement systems.
- Administering company policies and procedures
- Prepare Report and Presentations
- Receiving Guests and Monitoring enquires
- Managing Social Media Platforms
- Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health.
- Management or Project and activities, banquet conferences / Games At the facility
- Taking Active Role of Training of Employees Using Videos etc.
- Other Duties as Assigned

Qualification & Experience
- HND or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality / Business / HR / Marketing
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Business
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal relationship-building and employee coaching skills.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office / Graphic Design
- Social Media Skills.
- Must Be Able to operate with minimum supervision
