Job Description

  • Customer feedback calls
  • Automatic updates to
  • Report problems via software (For all users. Privilege for problem submission)
  • Enable system administrators to run queries via software
  • In-hospital messaging via software
  • Training for hospital managers twice a year
  • Training for system administrators twice a year
  • Hospital in-service training (with snacks sponsored by Cervus Limited) Twice a year

Responsibilities

  • Managing client calls
  • Managing manual and automatic client software updates
  • Managing feedback to clients concerning the status of their requests
  • Online user training and technical support to users
  • Software development: Bug fixes and minor new features

Required Skills or Experience

  • Programming Languages: C#, Vb.net
  • Development IDE: Microsoft visual studio
  • Reporting tool: Crystal reports for the visual studio
  • Relational database engine: Microsoft SQL Server
  • Version control tool: GIT
  • Skype: Team meetings and user support
  • Mozilla thunderbird: Email
  • VPN software: Rad admin
  • Remoting Tool: Anydesk
