The role
The main tasks and responsibilities of this job include:
- Support Customer machines 24 / 7 to main availability and Reliability
- Train customer Technicians on the Epiroc product.
- Drive OEM Maintenance and operational Recommendations onsite
Competences, skills and experience
- Excellent product knowledge.
- Technical background with Epiroc / Atlas Copco fleet or any other.
- Be able to work independently without supervision.
- Good customer relations and Must Computer Literacy
