The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. The role reports to the Office Manager.
ROLE-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- Ensure all administration tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
- Organise and schedule meetings and appointments
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Book travel arrangements
- Prepare, manage and review the filing and office systems
- Any other duties assigned
Required Skills or Experience
- Minimum of HND
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position
