Role Purpose
To create value on Vodafone Ghana’s data services, drive data revenue, grow data customer (acquisition, upsell, retention), drive data usage, accelerate 4G device migration, drive partnerships for digital inclusion and other such services for consumer prepaid).
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
- Own up subscriber and revenue targets for Mobile data and implement strategies to achieve the targets
- Perform complex analysis on customer characteristics and behaviour to identify opportunities and inform customer value management activities
- Work closely with the product and services team to derive maximum value along the product life cycle
- Identifying market trends, Evaluation and selection of products for future roadmap
- Drive major data KPIs (Customer, usage, revenue)
- Grow Smartphone Penetration to desirable levels according to business objectives
- Accelerate 4G device migration
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
- Good experience in product management and strategic planning.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to communicate and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels (internal and external)
- Strong knowledge of Telecommunications systems to be able to come up with innovative products
- Strong business acumen, with experience driving business performance and KPIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills maintaining high accuracy with attention to details.
- Significant leadership experience and ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
