Director – ICT | Current Job Opportunities in Ghana

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of ICT strategy and ensure the strategy supports the company’s business objectives including ongoing development in response to fast charging business environments.
• Act t0 ensure the development and implementation of effective ICT controls
• Act to ensure availability of robust ICT platforms, and infrastructure to support the company’s business operations.
• Prepare the annual ICT budget and monitor expenditure to ensure adequate return on ICT investments.
• Manage the delivery of seamless ICT services to users across the company in line with business requirements and service level agreements.
• work with Executive management to develop strategic plans for the business future growth
• Manage the deployment, maintenance, monitoring and support of all current ICT systems (software apps, network, pc and peripherals).
• Lead ICT strategic sourcing and procurement.
• Direct the advancement of ICT through innovation.

Qualification

1. A minimum of a first degree in Information Technology/ systems/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering/ Applied Physical/ Computer science or any related study.
2. A relevant postgraduate qualification, preferably, an MBA
3. Fully qualified in a relevant professional certificate
4. Minimum of 15 years’ experience in ICT role and 8 years in a managerial role.
5. Experience with managing enterprise resource planning application deployment.
