Job Description:

We have an exciting position for an experienced Territory Manager within the online gambling & casino space. The ideal candidate is a jack of all trades with the ability to juggle multiple strategic and operational business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deal directly with the Gaming Commission to build solid relationships for GreatOdds and “put a face to the name”.
• Build an on-the-ground presence and in-territory team in Ghana to grow brand recognition, build trust and acquire customers.
• Build a social media team and network of influencers in Ghana, working with the GreatOdds social media team to grow brand recognition, build trust and acquire customers.

• Work with the GreatOdds acquisition team to maximize first-time deposits (FTDs) and drive down the cost per acquisition (CPA).
• Work with the GreatOdds retention team to retain customers, drive deposits and maximise customer lifetime value (CLV).
• Work with the GreatOdds customer service team to provide localized, best-in-market customer service.
• Provide local knowledge to improve our product offering, localize promotions and build a customer-centric strategy

Skill Requirements:

• Must have 3+ years of working experience in operations, and business development
• Must have proven experience leading a team, Territory Management
• Demonstrable experience in the betting & casino industry, Mobile Network Operators or alcohol distribution industry is preferred
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences, devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in the online space.
