Mon-Tran Limited, a business support service provider in the business of recruitment, outsourcing and cash-in-transit services, has added private security service to the range of service it offers.

It’s private security arm seeks to provide well trained and unarmed security guards to protect life and property in supplementing governments efforts of providing security to corporate bodies and the good people of Ghana.

It, therefore, seeks interested persons to apply for the positions indicated below:

General Eligibility

Applicant must be

1. A Ghanaian citizen by birth with a good character
2. Medically fit by all standards
3. Minimum height of 1.64m (5.4 ft) for males and 1.57m (5.2 ft) for females
4. Detailed-oriented and possess keen observation skills
5. Have a good verbal and written communication skills
6. Possess exceptional interpersonal skills

• SECURITY GUARD 

Responsibilities

1. Patrol designated property to monitor and prevent intrusion, damage, hazards and breaches of security and respond to alarms and request for help
2. Protect property and tenants from theft, damage or trespassing.
3. Provide a visible presence that enforces safety and security.
4. Identify and investigate suspicious behaviour, threats and irregular activity.
5. monitor and control entrance and departure of employees and visitors, according to prescribed protocol and check property through electronic monitoring systems.
6. Detect and confront unauthorised persons and violators of security procedures.

Qualification & Experience

1. SSCCE/WASSCE certificate or equivalent.
2. Be not less than 20 years of age and not more than 45 years.
3. A minimum of two (2) years of experience in related field.

• DRIVERS 

Qualification & Experience

1. SSCE/WASSCE certificate or equivalent
2. Driving License C and above
3. Be not less than 30 years of age and not more than 45 years.
4. A minimum of two (2) years of driving experience in a formal institution.

• TELLERS 

Qualification & Experience

1. HND and Degree (1st class – 2nd class lower)
2. Must be within the age range of 22 and 30 years
3. Must have completed National service
