Job Overview

The position holder shall be responsible to provide strategic direction to the business and excellently carry out all Group Operations activities including but not limited to Contract negotiation and management, expatriate mobilization and project management. The role involves leading, supervising and directing the deliverables of the operations team members across 12+ locations.

The person will oversee interface, coordinate, execute and report of Operations and business support activities across Aldelia group. The ideal candidate will be tasked with the responsibility of develop, maintain, and implement Standard Operating Procedures, (SOP), Processes and Policies to guide the organization’s optimal business activities.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible to lead, monitor and manage the complete process of technical support contracts, third party contracts in multiple African Countries.

2. Spearhead and lead the management of mobilization, onboarding of contractors in Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal, Chad, Ivory coast, Kenya, Cameroun, South Africa, Zambia and counting.

3. Provide strategic direction to support the Operations team in accomplishing their targets and set objectives.

In charge of providing leadership in executing operational projects in 12+ countries.

5. Manage operational related queries from client, provide solution and clarification on subjects relating to PO, contract, audit, compliance from clients and Top Management.

6. Responsible for developing global operations policies and procedures for effective business activities in Aldelia.

7. Manage and maintain the organization affairs and relationship with key clients.

8. Being the interface and facilitate interaction between the front office team and Finance and operation teams.

9. Providing operational and research support in new country where the company wants to setup and carry out business activities.

10. Reports operational performance and suggest improvement initiatives.

11. Responsible for generating periodic reports on the operational side of our business

Preferred Experience and Education

· 15+ years of experience is required for this role.

· A master’s degree in law, social sciences, Finance or Business administration is required for this role.

· Prior experience in an Audit firm, Legal firm financial institutions and or consultancy firm, preferably any of the big four or equivalent is highly desirable.

· Being fluent in French and English is a must.

· Several years of experience in management is required.

· The effective use of Microsoft office will be tested during the selection process.

· Must have planning, organizing, reporting, and budgeting skills.

· Demonstrate high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
