Finance Transformation Sr. Analyst

We are looking for a highly collaborative, service-oriented, and excellent interpersonal communicator & influencer who is experienced in executing key strategic projects.

The FINANCE TRANSFORMATION SENIOR ANALYST (M/F/D) will be responsible for operative activities related to the execution of the Finance Transformation program.

Reporting to THE VP FINANCE TRANSFORMATION you will be focused on project management which will include influence others, change management, budgetary control, communications, participation in the functional review of solutions, management of external partners, and project administrative tasks.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reviewing execution to drive accountability of project participants, ensuring commitments made to the project and finance transformation initiatives transformation are executed.
• Acting as a change agent, helping to inspire and mobilize the project team.
• Preparing high-level reports to the executive team.
• Supporting the internal communications and change management resources to support the effectiveness of the Finance Transformation communications. Including the preparation of communications to stakeholders, internal partners, external partners, and vendors.
• Reviewing functional aspects of the finance transformation project.
• Management of external partners, proactively following up to ensure timely completion of assignments and early exception handling.
• Related project administrative tasks, such as organizing project on-site events logistics, and supporting with expense reports.
• Supporting prioritization of IT portfolio related to Finance and project issues.
• Collaborating with business leaders and stakeholders to identify, and understand their expectations, and helping to bring alignment and solutions.
• Monitoring the health of the execution of the project and proactively finding solutions, including helping in optimization.
• Supporting the preparation of Statements of Work (SOW) with partners, Change Orders, and CAPEX approval materials, and verifying compliance of SOW.
• Liaison between VP Finance Transformation and the project team (+50 people plus external partners), prioritizing the meetings, and issues.
• Helping articulate the value of the project, success factors, and define KPIs to measure it.

EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/accounting or related field.
• Desirable: Certification or formal training in SAP 4 Hanna, SAP Central Finance, Group Reporting, SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Working knowledge of financial reporting methods (IFRS, GAAP).
• Basic analytics background (data visualizations, financial reporting tools, etc.).
• Practical knowledge of financial consolidation and reporting systems (SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Central Finance (CFIN, Fiori, Group Reporting), Business Warehouse (BW), Power BI, data warehouse systems, etc.
• Proven experience in implementation of ERP / SAP systems or finance transformation projects.
• Ability to see the big picture and contribute to strategy development while also working on the details, thinking critically, finding patterns and gaps, and forming conclusions.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in the execution of global projects, working across multiple cultures and time zones.
• Integrity, high independence/self-driven, self-accountability; agility & flexibility with potential projects.
• Passion for finance transformation and intellectual curiosity with an innate desire to learn.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• +4 years of experience in Accounting, Reporting, Consolidation, or FP&A.
• +2 years of experience in implementations of ERP / SAP systems with a focus on the functional side or finance transformation projects.
• Experience in working in a global decentralized environment and ability to build relationships with remote cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in project management (managing entire projects or important tracks of an important project in an environment)
• Knowledge of project management methodology (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).

LANGUAGES REQUIRED:

• Very good command of English (min. C1 level).
