Finance Director – Global 24-7

Global 24-7 is in partnership with a key client to source experienced and qualified talent for their mining operation in West Africa.

Responsibilities

• He/she will be responsible for the set up and implementation of financial system and upgrade.
• He/she will manage Auditor relationship.
• He/she will engage investor stakeholder and relationship management.
• Risk and insurance control.
• He/she will oversee the function of staffing for the department.

Qualification

• Degree in Finance or Accounting with Charted Accountancy certification.
• Good knowledge of IFRS, ASPE and GAAP and SAP 4 HANA.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to think strategically and communicate with CEO, COO, board members and other senior managers.
• A history of holding positions of increasing responsibility within an accounting department, such as Director of Finance, Director of Accounting or similar.
• English and French speaking skills are mandatory with this role.
