Customer Relations Personnel

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for providing the highest customer service by interacting with customers.
2. Responsible for answering all customer’s inquiries and concerns.
3. Processing the request of clients and solving their complaint.
4. Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
5. Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
6. Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
7. Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.

Qualification

• HND/degree in B.A English or Social science
• Proven years of experience in similar role
• computer literate
• well-mannered and courteous
• good communication and writing skills
