Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing the highest customer service by interacting with customers.
- Responsible for answering all customer’s inquiries and concerns.
- Processing the request of clients and solving their complaint.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
Qualification
- HND/degree in B.A English or Social science
- Proven years of experience in similar role
- computer literate
- well-mannered and courteous
- good communication and writing skills
