\nOffice administrators, also known as office managers, are responsible for general administration tasks within an office environment. You will play a primary role in ensuring that all office administrative functions are coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity within the company.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
The Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing and updating administrative procedures, delegating tasks to support staff, and setting work priorities to ensure adherence to procedures and timely completion of tasks. This role includes executing general administrative duties, administering policies on releasing records under government legislation, assembling data for reports, and handling correspondence.<\/p>\n
Additionally, the Administrator will supervise and coordinate office administrative activities, train staff, manage data entry, and oversee payroll processes.<\/p>\n
