Qualified applicants must have at least five years’ experience with commercial real estate transactions, land use applications, and appearing before Planning Boards and Zoning Boards. Candidates must be admitted in New Jersey; New York admission is a plus.
Work experience and references are required. Candidates must possess strong academic credentials, research capabilities and writing skills.
